Volunteering
Do you love history and heritage? We rely on volunteers to assist in the Society’s work. Opportunities are available for enthusiastic people to join our team and assist in these areas:
- Tour Guide
- Collection Maintenance
- Assisting with events
- Back of house administration
- Information technology and social media
Volunteers conduct tours of the museum in the Guildford Heritage Precinct. Full training is provided by experienced tour guides.
Behind the scenes volunteers assist in administration tasks including recording and maintaining items for the collection, and helping with events planning.
